ABOUT KENNEDY FRANKLIN

Being born into an artsy and musical family, I always knew I wanted to go the creative path for my career. I learned how to sew at a young age, inspired by my parents getting dressed up for award shows and magazine shoots. It was then that I developed my love for fashion. As I got older, I took a digital production class that made me realize my enthusiasm for putting my creative thoughts onto a screen. So when it was time to apply to college, I thought why not combine the two?

With a degree in Journalism New Media/Advertising and a Minor in Apparel Merchandising, I know there are many career routes, but my ultimate goal is to contribute my talents to a fashion magazine/brand and serve as a Creative Director.

ADVERTISING PROCEDURES

Baylor University Marketing Course

At the beginning of the semester, we were put into teams where we were given free ability over an advertising campaign. Over the course, we contacted our brand to curate possibilities of better ways to advertise to consumers and come up with an ad campaign.
